With extensive experience and a commitment to lifelong learning, Charlie has crafted a distinctive approach to wealth creation and management. His process is rooted in simple yet enduring principles, that when consistently applied, can unlock the potential for wealth creation while fostering a profound sense of financial tranquility. Achieving these two objectives frees individuals to dedicate themselves to the pursuits that bring genuine fulfillment.
As the President and Senior Wealth Advisor of Trinity Wealth Management, Charlie is instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic vision and direction. He also works directly with clients, guiding them toward financial freedom in alignment with the firm’s mission. Charlie holds the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and CHARTERED RETIREMENT PLANNING COUNSELOR™, is registered as an Investment Adviser Representative, and maintains an insurance license in Pennsylvania.
Charlie resides in Phoenixville with his wife, Marjorie. They are proud parents of four wonderful children and numerous grandchildren. In his personal life, Charlie is actively involved in several Christian ministries and enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending quality time with his family.
As the Operations Manager at Trinity Wealth Management, Julia oversees the daily operations of the firm, ensuring seamless client service and efficient business processes. With a strong focus on technology, she manages all aspects of the firm’s tech infrastructure to optimize workflow and enhance client experiences.
Before joining Trinity Wealth Management, Julia gained diverse experience across various industries, where she developed a solid foundation in customer service and operational efficiency.
Julia holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Delaware, a testament to her analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Beyond the office, Julia enjoys cooking and baking for her friends and family, running, and staying active outdoors with her husband Adam and their two dogs. A passionate Philadelphia sports fan, Julia especially loves cheering on the Phillies.
Kelly graduated from Temple University and swiftly moved up the ranks at Trinity Wealth, starting as an intern. Along the way, she earned her financial advisor license and the esteemed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Kelly has served as a guest speaker at multiple TD Ameritrade events and has had the honor of ringing the NASDAQ closing bell on two occasions, all since joining our team in 2017.
As an advisor, Kelly seeks to help clients find a sense of financial peace, by educating and guiding them toward their goals with expertise and empathy.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Kelly finds joy in reading, dancing, spending quality time with family, and creating wondering memories with her husband David.
Justin is a seasoned financial professional with a passion for helping others navigate their financial journeys. He graduated from High Point University in 2017 and began his career at Lincoln Financial Group on the Money Guard Team. There, he developed a solid foundation in financial services that he has continued to build upon.
In 2019, Justin joined Trinity Wealth Management, where he initially collaborated with Marjorie on the Retirement Plan side of the firm. This experience provided him with valuable insights that set the stage for his transition to Wealth Management in 2022. In this role, Justin focuses on crafting personalized financial strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.
Justin’s dedication to his craft is reflected in his impressive credentials. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designations, which highlight his commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the industry. He is always eager to learn and grow, ensuring that he stays current with industry trends and best practices to better serve his clients.
When he’s not working, Justin is all about family. He’s married to his wife, Danielle, and together they have two wonderful kids: Cassie, and Jason, with a third on the way! Justin loves staying active, whether he’s working out or enjoying quality time with his family. And when it’s time to unwind, you’ll often find him at the table for a fun board game session, which he finds both challenging and a great way to connect with loved ones.
Ellie is a proud alumna of West Chester University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She began her journey with Trinity Wealth Management in September 2020 as an operations intern, later rising to the role of marketing manager. As the first person to hold a dedicated marketing role at the firm, she has been pivotal in crafting a strategic approach that aligns with the company’s core values. Ellie focuses on building authentic connections with clients and highlighting the values that make Trinity Wealth Management unique.
When she’s not working, Ellie finds joy in the little things that matter most—spending quality time with her husband, Greg, and their three children: Audrey, Carter, and Devon. She also loves being outdoors, whether it’s for a hike or simply enjoying nature, and she never misses an opportunity to laugh and unwind with friends.
Hailey was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University before relocating to the Philly area with her boyfriend, Chase. Hailey joined our team in 2024 as our Administrative Associate and has seamlessly fit in with the team at Trinity Wealth Management since then.
Outside of work Hailey enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, watching movies, and reading. Hailey says that although she’s only been with us for a short amount of time, she felt warmly welcomed and truly at home with the Trinity Wealth Management family.
Certified Financial Planner™, CFP®
The CFP® certification is obtained by completing an advanced college-level course of study addressing the financial planning subject areas that the CFP® Board’s studies have determined as necessary for the competent and professional delivery of financial planning services, a comprehensive certification exam and agreeing to be bound by the CFP® board’s Standard of Professional Conduct. As a prerequisite, the individual must have a Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited United States college or university (or foreign university equivalent) and have at least 3 years of full time financial planning experience (or equivalent measured at 2,000 hours per year). This designation requires 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years and renewing an agreement to be bound by the Standards of Professional Conduct.
Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®)
The CRPC® is offered by The College for Financial Planning®. The CRPC® Program focuses on the pre- and post-retirement needs of individuals. Enrollment in the program guides you through the retirement process, addressing issues such as estate planning and asset management. The College for Financial Planning® awards the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM and CRPC® designation to students who: successfully complete the program; pass the final examination; and comply with the Code of Ethics, which includes agreeing to abide by the Standards of Professional Conduct promulgated by The College for Financial Planning®. Applicants must also disclose of any criminal, civil, self-regulatory organization, or governmental agency inquiry, investigation, or proceeding relating to their professional or business conduct. Conferment of the designation is contingent upon the College for Financial Planning’s review of matters either self-disclosed or which are discovered by the College that are required to be disclosed. Successful students receive a certificate and are granted the right to use the designation on correspondence and business cards for a two-year period. Continued use of the CRPC® designation is subject to ongoing renewal requirements. Every two years individuals must renew their right to continue using the CRPC® designation by: completing 16 hours of continuing education and reaffirming to abide by the Standards of Professional Conduct, Terms and Conditions, and self-disclose any criminal, civil, self-regulatory organization, or governmental agency inquiry, investigation, or proceeding relating to their professional or business conduct.
Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®)
The ChFC® designation is offered by The American College. Designation holders are required to serve clients with the highest level of professionalism. The authority to use the ChFC® mark is granted by the Certification Committee of the Board of Trustees of The American College, and that privilege is contingent on adherence to strict ethical guidelines. All ChFC® advisors are required to do the same for clients that they would do for themselves in similar circumstances, the standard of ethical behavior most beneficial for their clients. Each ChFC® has taken 9 or more college-level courses on all aspects of financial planning. The average study time for the program is over 400 hours, and advisors frequently spend years earning this coveted distinction. Each ChFC® must also complete a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education every two years and must meet extensive experience requirements to ensure that you get the professional financial advice you need.
Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®)
The AIF® designation certifies that the recipient has specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards of care and their application to the investment management process. To receive the AIF® designation, individuals must complete a training program, successfully pass a comprehensive, closed-book final examination under the supervision of a proctor and agree to abide by the AIF® Code of Ethics. In order to maintain the AIF® designation, the individual must annually renew their affirmation of the AIF Code of Ethics and complete six hours of continuing education credits. The certification is administered by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, LLC (a Fiduciary360 (fi360) company).
