Meet Your Team: A Conversation with Julia Mann

February 27, 2025

As we continue our Q&A series, we’re turning the spotlight on the people who keep Trinity Wealth Management running smoothly behind the scenes—our incredible support staff. First up is Julia Mann, our Operations Manager. Julia has been at Trinity since 2017 and was the first of Charlie and Marjorie’s children to join the firm, shaping Trinity into the family business it is today. As Operations Manager, she plays a key role in keeping our firm running efficiently and providing invaluable support to both our team and our clients. Here’s a closer look at Julia’s role, background, and interests.

Q: What’s your favorite part of your job?

Julia: My favorite part of my job is getting to work with family every day. I feel incredibly fortunate that we have such a strong and positive working relationship. Being part of a small company is also rewarding because I can see firsthand how my work directly contributes to the firm’s growth. There’s something fulfilling about building something meaningful—especially when you’re doing it alongside family.

Q: What’s one skill that’s been most valuable in your career?

Julia: In college, I spent a lot of time studying mathematical theory, which strengthened my problem-solving skills. That ability has been invaluable in my role as an Operations Manager, where new challenges arise daily—big and small. Whether it’s streamlining a process, troubleshooting technology, or solving unexpected issues, I feel confident in my ability to find solutions and keep things running smoothly.

Q: If you weren’t in your current field, what would you be doing?

Julia: If I weren’t working in the financial industry, I would probably be in the food or restaurant industry. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and after graduating with a math degree, I seriously considered going to culinary school to become a chef. Ultimately, I chose a different path, but my love for cooking has never faded—I still enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and creating meals for family and friends.

Q: How do you like to spend your time outside of work?

Julia: Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my husband and our two dogs. We go on weekly hikes at Ridley Creek State Park or Valley Forge, enjoying the fresh air and scenery. I also love running and training for upcoming road races. And as lifelong Philadelphia sports fans, we’re always cheering on the Phillies, Eagles, and Flyers—no matter the season!

Q: What’s something you’re excited about in the coming year (professionally or personally)?

Julia: In July, my husband and I are expecting our first child, and I couldn’t be more excited! We can’t wait to meet our baby boy or girl and embark on this new chapter of our lives together. Parenthood will be a whole new adventure, and while I know it will come with challenges, I look forward to every moment of it.

Julia is an essential part of our Trinity Wealth Management team. Her dedication, problem-solving skills, and passion for teamwork make her an integral part of our firm. The impact of her work is felt not only by our entire team, but also by the clients we serve. We’re incredibly fortunate to have her and couldn’t be more excited for her as she prepares for this new chapter of motherhood! Stay tuned for more team spotlights in our Q&A series.
