Meet Your Team: A Conversation with Hailey Baxendell

September 2, 2025

Our Meet Your Team Q&A series comes to a close with Hailey, the newest member of the Trinity Wealth Management family. Hailey joined us in January 2024 and fit seamlessly in from day one. Her warmth, positivity, and eagerness to learn have made her an invaluable part of our team! Here’s a closer look at Hailey’s experience so far, what excites her about her role, and a few things she enjoys outside of work.

Q: What’s the most rewarding part of working in financial services?

Hailey: While I am not directly involved in financial planning, I have the privilege of being the first person clients see when they walk through our doors. Greeting them with a warm smile or even a hug and watching them leave feeling more at ease is incredibly fulfilling. It is a reflection of the hard work our team puts in to help reduce financial stress. Seeing that sense of relief and trust on their faces is, without a doubt, the most rewarding part of what we do.

Q: What drew you to work at Trinity Wealth Management?

Hailey: I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which means I am about five hours away from my friends and family. What really drew me to Trinity Wealth Management was its foundation as a family-owned business. That sense of closeness and community made me feel at home. While I will always miss my own family, being welcomed into the Trinity family has truly been one of the best parts of my journey.

Q: How has your role evolved since you started?

Hailey: I graduated with a degree in Health Services Administration, so stepping into the world of finance was a big shift. When I first started, I had very little background in wealth management. But thanks to the support and guidance of Julia, Ellie, and our advisors, I have learned more than I ever imagined not just about finance but about the value of building genuine relationships with our clients. They have shown me how important it is to make clients feel like part of the family. I am still early in my career and have plenty more to learn, but I truly believe the experience I have gained here is something I could not have found anywhere else.

Q: Coffee or tea? Morning person or night owl?

Hailey: Definitely coffee. I enjoy the occasional cup of tea, but coffee is a daily must not just for the caffeine but for all the fun flavors too. I would say I am a morning person. As much as I wish I could claim to be a night owl, making it past 10:30 p.m. is a rare event for me. If I sleep past 9 a.m., I feel like I have wasted half the day. That said, I am not immune to the occasional weekend binge-watch session that keeps me up way later than planned.

Q: If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?

Hailey: This is such a tough question because my boyfriend Chase and I share a big passion for traveling and want to see the world together. Right now, though, Italy is at the top of our list. The rich history, beautiful architecture, and incredible food make it a dream destination for both of us. We are hoping to make that trip a reality someday soon.

Q: What are your goals for the next few years?

Hailey: At 24, I am still figuring things out, but I am excited about growing in my role as an Administrative Assistant. I want to keep improving how I help the team make day-to-day operations run more smoothly. I am also looking forward to taking on new challenges and learning new skills along the way. On a personal level, I am focused on growing too, whether that is trying new hobbies, traveling more, or just becoming more confident in myself. I am really looking forward to seeing where the next few years take me.

We are so grateful to have Hailey as part of the Trinity Wealth Management family. Her warm presence and genuine care for our clients embody the values that matter most to us. As we wrap up our Meet Your Team series, we hope you have enjoyed getting to know the people who make our firm what it is. At the end of the day, it is our team and the relationships we build that make the difference.
